Easy PDR is the digital calculation tool for PDR technicians, hail repair specialists, body shops and claims assessors: tap a panel, enter the dents, calculate the repair time using six methods – VFFS/ASEAI 2025, the Zurich Z table, BVAT for Germany, UPEX for Belgium, a flat rate or parking dents from your own price list – and send the PDF report with photos straight to the customer.

VFFS/ASEAI 2025 and the Zurich Z table for Switzerland, BVAT for Germany, UPEX for Belgium – a flat rate at the price you agreed, or parking dents from the company’s own price list. Mixed dent sizes, aluminium surcharge, pre-pushing or combined repair are worked out by the app, transparently for each panel.
14 panels as an exploded view, coloured by status: calculated, pre-pushing, replacement. Built for phone and tablet.
Take photos per panel or of the vehicle (VIN plate, registration, odometer). You decide which photos appear in the PDF.
Calculation, vehicle data, labour units, costs and photos as a clean report – versioned, sendable by email and available at any time.
The admin creates customers and releases them to technicians for a period. Each technician only sees their own customers and their own jobs.
The completed job becomes the invoice – with a Swiss QR Code, your own number series, payment reminders and credit notes. Several vehicles for the same customer fit on one combined invoice. From the Team plan onwards.
Your customers sign in, see their jobs and download the PDFs themselves. No email ping-pong.
Revenue, earnings after technician shares, open invoices, approval rate, discounts, dent sizes, the most frequent panels and makes – and revenue per customer, which shows who the business depends on.
Interface, report and emails in German, French, Italian, English, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese. Every customer gets their document in their own language.
Invoices written outside the app can be added afterwards – so revenue and statistics are complete.
Individual dents are not hail, and no trade-association table covers them. Easy PDR calculates them from your company’s price list: a price per panel based on the number and size of the dents, a surcharge for aluminium and for edges, swage lines or hard-to-reach spots, strip-down work by time spent. A template from practice is included – you change the figures yourself, and the report states that the prices come from the company.
For every employee: address, date of birth, nationality, residence permit with its expiry date, bank details, start and leaving date – plus copies of passport, ID card, permit or contract. The account number and the documents are encrypted and kept outside the web, every read is logged and not only every change, and six months after the leaving date the ID copies disappear on their own.
Scan the barcode in the door opening, or photograph the etched number at the bottom of the windscreen: Easy PDR reads it as text and offers it for checking. The recognition runs on the phone itself – the photo is not uploaded. Make and origin are recognised along with it.
A thunderstorm moves across northern Italy. Before the first car has a dent, the warning is on your phone: the region, the warning level, the weather service that issued it. Not «somewhere in Italy» but Lombardy, as an area on the map. You know where to go – and you can load the trailer before the phone rings.
And that is exactly the difference: elsewhere, hail monitoring is a separate product with its own invoice – up to €90 a month for Europe, on top of the software you actually calculate with. With us it is included in Team and Pro. One login, one invoice, one system: warning, calculation, report and invoice from a single source.

What the technician enters at the vehicle is the invoice that evening. No second round of data entry for the office, no spreadsheet in between.
Real screenshots from the app – nothing staged.

Hail calculation is usually a Windows program or an Android app: bought, installed, tied to one device – and the technician enters the data at the vehicle while the office types it in again. Easy PDR is a web app. It runs on iPhone and iPad just as it does on Android, Windows and Mac, and everyone works from the same state.
Customer data, vehicle data and photos are personal data. That is why Easy PDR runs on Swiss servers and protects every access several times over.
All features, 2 technicians, no credit card. The trial ends automatically.
